PSP Italia has high-quality equipped pattern shops. The pattern
shops turnover is around 2.000.000€ yearly. The pattern shops
produce not only for our foundries production. During the last
years we started to build patterns for Western Foundries productions.
The pattern shop are equipped with CNC machining center used mainly
for wood and polystyrene machining.
The pattern shops provides mainly the following services:

and mass production from casting resins: Epoxy, Ebalta, Axson
, Furtenbach, Ciba-Geigy

aluminum alloy patterns

2. Repairs of damaged patterns and pattern
equipment according to foundries' needs.

Maximum size of the patterns is about
8000x4000x2800. Patterns are manufactured according to technological
or engineering drawings, components, or according to existing,
even damaged castings.
